Welcome to Beskin & Beskin P.C.
Our law firm is dedicated to understanding the needs of our clients and providing them with the best possible results. Developing a long-term attorney client relationship has been a hallmark of our law firm since its inception over 50 years ago.
The firm’s reputation and standing in the community are based on the feedback received from our clients. Coming from a wide variety of educational, social, and ethnic backgrounds, our clients can always rely on the attorneys and staff to relate to their particular situations.

50 Years of Experience
Don grew up in Norfolk, VA and relocated to Atlanta, GA after receiving a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1972. Before forming his own firm in 1977, Don worked as a Criminal Defense Attorney with Garland & Garland P.C., Worozbyt & Beskin P.C., and Nadler, Gold, and Beskin P.C.
Don has represented thousands of clients, tried numerous criminal and civil cases, and has developed strong relationships with his clients over the years. He is excited with the addition of his daughter Samantha to the firm and looking forward to guiding her and passing on all of his knowledge of the law to her.

Samantha is an Atlanta native and is grateful to be working with her father. Samantha has filled her time with meaningful experiences over the past few years, enabling her to advocate to the fullest for her clients.
From studying family law in Madrid, Spain, to learning immigration law in Cambridge, England, to completing her law degree right here in Atlanta, Georgia. Samantha has developed a diverse and well-rounded knowledge base of the law.
Samantha was an advocate for underrepresented individuals and groups in her career before becoming an attorney. While earning her Master’s Degree at Appalachian State University, she worked with numerous college campuses implementing better practices for diversity and inclusion through creating structural inclusive spaces, multicultural programming, and leadership development. In 2016, she decided to take her advocating further by pursuing her law degree. She received her law degree and a certificate in Criminal Justice from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Along with working with her father, she also works for the Juvenile Courts in Fulton and Dekalb County as a Conflict Defense attorney.
When Samantha is not in the courtroom advocating for her clients, she spends her time volunteering in the community at the Drake Closet, tutoring high school students in mathematics, and spending time with her dog Simba. Samantha is a newlywed to her husband Brian.
