INTRODUCTION

Personal Injury

Your health and safety is most important, so once we are assured that your injury is being treated we will jump right in and assist with your accident.

Motor Vehicle Accident Cases

These cases follow a process, which goes as follows:

  1. We assist in investigating the case and in  gathering proper insurance information from all parties, retrieving the accident report, and setting up a claim with the other party’s insurance company, or your medical payment or uninsured motorist claim with your insurance company.
  2. After the claim is set up, you continue to treat your injuries back to full recovery. We will continue to be in touch with you and the insurance companies to make sure all information is updated.
  3. Once you have reached your full recovery, we prepare a settlement package and submit it to the insurance company. That begins the negotiation process with the insurance company to settle your claim.

99% of all our car accident cases are settled without the need to go to trial, but sometimes it may be necessary to file suit.

Common Questions

What if the person that hit my vehicle does not have insurance?

Unfortunately, this is more common than we would hope. The first thing we will ask of you is if you have uninsured motorist(UM) coverage. This UM coverage is the most beneficial policy a driver can have. This will allow for your insurance company to assist in covering the cost of what would have been covered by the uninsured party that caused the accident.

Does your law firm assist me with my property damage?

We do assist in putting you in touch with the proper adjuster to handle your property damages and to place you in a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. The property damage is totally separate from the bodily injury claim and we do not take any percentage of the property damage although we will step in as needed to help negotiate a better property damage settlement and diminished value settlement with the at-fault insurance company.
